  I purchased a Treadmill with Delivery since I don't have a vehicle that could transport it. I was given a vague delivery date of "should be Tuesday or Wednesday" and I would need to be home to receive it during the day. Now, I work from home so that's not an issue for me but most people do not and can't just take off work for a vague estimation on when something might be coming. I've heard nothing by the end of Wednesday of course and so I give them a call and I'm told they will bring it on Thursday and call me before they are leaving. This is insanely inconvenient for a Customer at this point.
  
  They do come on Thursday and ask where I want it, I tell them it's going in a room in my house and it has a clear path to the location and they say "Oh no we don't go in the house." Are you kidding me? After I help them bring it up the front steps (only one person came who could actually lift it) they say, "Is this good enough?" I said no, I need it in the door at least because I can't lift this 300lb box myself. The guy audibly lets out a frustrated deep breath and I'm just shocked by the whole experience.
  
  So, please, get delivery if you have no plans ever and are fine with them just deciding it's going to arrive when they want and don't expect them to even want to help you get it into your house.
  
  Absolutely atrocious customer service and I won't be back for anything I need at this location.
